Kindergarten Supply List 2024-2025
Below is a list of supplies needed for kindergarten. All supplies should be placed in bag, box or container that is clearly marked with your child’s name. We recommend that you keep your receipts so that if there is anything that might need to be returned.
For several items we have requested specific brands because we find that they last longer or work better.
Please DO NOT write your child’s name on these individual supplies:
1 Mead PRIMARY writing journal (has lines for writing and space on top to draw a picture)
2 packages of Crayola twistable CRAYONS-24 count
1 PLASTIC pencil box
1 three ring binder – 2 inch – white with clear pocket on the cover
1 pair of Fiskars round tip scissors
6 large Elmer’s glue sticks (0.77 oz)--Disappearing Purple
4 Ticonderoga BEGINNER pencils (fat pencils)
3 reams of plain white copy paper
2 packs of FINE BLACK EXPO low odor dry-erase markers
3 boxes of tissues
1 bottles of foaming liquid anti-bacterial soap
1 package of Lysol wet wipes
WRITE YOUR CHILD’S NAME ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
3 plain white BOYS COTTON t-shirts-Remember these shirts will need to fit your child ALL yearlong (put these in a Ziploc bag with your child’s name on the BAG) Recommended size: Boys size Medium or large. DO NOT send shirts with collars.
1 pair of over the ears headphones (NO earbuds) (Expect to purchase another pair if they break) HIGHLY RECOMMEND-nylon braided cord-Easily available at Target
1 PLASTIC water bottle (NO GLASS OR METAL water bottles)
1 FULL size back pack – NO ROLLING BACKPACKS (they are a safety hazard -
write your child’s name on the inside of the backpack)
**-Supplies may need to be replenished throughout the year. The most used supplies are tissues and glue sticks. If you would like to send in extras of these items at the beginning of the year since the best prices are during back-to-school sales, your teacher would greatly appreciate it.
